Early bird on-line registration will close on Wednesday 30^th September 2009 (17:00 GMT).
Standard on-line registration will be available until Friday November 27^th 2009 (18:00 GMT).

The registration fee for the main ICPH conference (8^th-10^th Dec) provides the programme and abstract book, tea and coffee during scheduled breaks, buffet lunches, and the drinks & canapé reception on Monday evening. The satellite meeting on Dec 11^th has an additional nominal fee for those already attending ICPH.

Places at the conference dinner on Wednesday 9^th December are limited to 500. Please note that the conference dinner is not included in your registration fee. It is advisable to book early, and you can do this on your conference registration form.

Wednesday 9th December, 2009 Conference Dinner

Pre Dinner Drinks will be available from 7 pm in the North/South Lounges and Dinner will be served from 8 pm in the Dining Room and Ball Room. Dancing and entertainment by The Nightjars.

The ICPH2009 conference is taking place at the Harrogate International Centre, King’s Road, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 5LA, UK.

The ICPH2009 satellite symposium will take place at the Majestic Hotel, Springfield Avenue, Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Registration at the conference will be open from:
Monday 7^th December to Friday 11^th December; the times will be available closer to the event.

Catering

Tea and coffee during scheduled breaks are included throughout the meeting. Lunches are included in the cost of registration and will be served in Exhibition Hall Q. A coffee bar will also be available serving drinks and snacks at all other times.
